Yes, you can go back to paper statements. If you unsubscribe from the service, you stop receiving documents from your company but you still have access to your account (and by extension all previously uploaded documents). 

To unsubscribe, go to "Settings" → "My subscriptions" → “Paper”

You will then receive your paper documents as previously. Even unsubscribed, you keep access to your account with all your documents.

Attention! You cannot receive paper and electronic version at the same time. Once unsubscribed, you will stop receiving the electronic version of your documents.
