If you have already activated a MyPeopleDoc vault in your previous company, you can reuse it in your new one.
Click on “Already a MyPeopleDoc user?” on the home page of MyPeopleDoc.

Enter the activation code sent by your new employer (1), indicate the email related to your existing vault MyPeopleDoc (2) and its password (3), tick the boxes “I have read and accept the terms and conditions” and “I would like to receive my hr documents in my electronic vault” (4), and then click on “Activate my electronic vault” (5).
