Reminder: To be able to access this service, you must have received a personal activation code from your company. This single-use code is sent to you by post or email.

 

MyPeopleDoc® is a completely free service for employees, with no commitment period and remains available even in the event of departure from the company.
You are free to choose the distribution format for your electronic HR documents: this solution is faster, safer and more environmentally friendly. 

Activating your MyPeopleDoc® vault is simple and takes less than 2 minutes.

1) Receive the activation code

If you have not yet received your activation code click here.

2) Connection to the registration portal

Go to the URL indicated in your mail or click on the link in the email you received.

If you received the activation code by mail then you must manually enter the activation code (1) then click on "CONTINUE" (2).

If you have received the activation code by email, it is automatically filled in and validated.

 

You have to enter and confirm the connection email address of your choice (1) and a password (2).

Note: It is preferable to enter your personal email address because your vault is personal. To be valid, your password must contain at least 8 characters, at least one number, one capital letter and one lowercase letter.

You must then read and accept the General Conditions of Use and the Membership Conditions (3).
Finally, click on "ACTIVATE" (4).

Once your registration has been validated, you will receive an email on the address you have previously chosen and both on your professional email address if you have one.

 

Your vault is now activated and can be accessible on mypeopledoc.com with your credentials.
