I asked for a password reset but I'm not receiving any emails.

The phenomenon of not receiving the password reset email can be explained by different reasons:


1. The reception time of this one can sometimes take a few minutes.


2. Your email is blocked by our service provider responsible for sending email. If this is the case, we will take care of unblocking your email address and then send you a password reset link afterwards.

4. You make the reset request by entering the wrong email address. If you have a personal and professional mailbox, we will invite you to make a request with each of the email addresses to verify which of these two you will receive the reset email.
