Googe reCAPTCHA (“reCAPTCHA”) is implemented on MyPeopleDoc®. This service is provided by Google Inc., " 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). 

Nous utilisons reCHAPTA sur nos sites web pour empêcher divers types de traitement des données des tentatives malveillantes (par ex.par exemple, le phishing, le credential stuffing etc). reCHAPTA analyse diverses informations sur le visiteur respectif (par exemple, l'adresse IP, les mouvements de la souris de l'utilisateur, la durée du séjour sur le site web). By using reCAPTCHA, data is transferred to Google, which is used to determine whether the visitor is a human being or a (spam) bot.  

The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. PeopleDoc has a legitimate interest in protecting MyPeopleDoc against abusive automated spying, against spam as well as protecting third parties against such attacks.
